basic stay downtown. but it had issues

The room felt quite small. Maybe 2.30m2 is a generous estimate! hardly space to walk around the bed. there wasn't a proper desk, just a tiny surface. also. my room was on the 4th. Lugging bags up was not ideal.

the location was amazing really! i could walk to so many places. the staff was cute, they offered advice about places for dining. the room was tidy, it even had extra amenities i wasn't expecting, so sweet.

The welcome treats I received, including juice, chocolate, and cookies, were such a sweet gesture. My room felt clean, comfortable and had a helpful iron with ironing board. The location was excellent. It made getting around so easy.
The room's temperature was difficult to control. It felt a bit too warm and stuffy.

This hotel is very close to transport links, including the airport bus and hop-on-hop-off tourist bus, both of which stop directly in the square. The convenience was wonderful. I walked to many central sites, such as Las Ramblas, without issue, so it was very convenient. I valued the easy access to everything.

My room included amenities that improved the stay such as fresh towels, toiletries and an efficient air conditioning system. All were in good working condition. High ceilings and doors separated different areas of the suite, a lovely detail that gave more privacy. A king bed provided extra comfort.

The hotel's breakfast provided a wide array of choices such as fruit, eggs, croissants, and sandwiches which was lovely because it met everyone's dietary needs. I found the breakfast selection to be a very good value, such a good start to the day. It offered so much.

The staff members were nice. They greeted me warmly. they were ready to help whenever I had questions! One staff member, Alessandra. I appreciated the kindness. Roger was friendly, smiling despite being busy.

I found it interesting. Daily room cleaning kept everything fresh. This ensured my room was a comfortable space. Fresh water was left on the desk each day.
